| Résumé: | تطرقنا في دراستنا الحالية إلى موضوع التغيرات السوسيواقتصادية و أثرها على الأداء الوظيفي ، حيث احتوت هذه الدراسة على جانبين ، الجانب النظري الذي تناولنا فيه الأدبيات و التًراث الاجتماعي ، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تمحور حول دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة نفطال بتيارت ، حيث تم توزيع الاستمارات على العينة المختارة و قد خضعت هذه الاستمارات إلى عملية تحليل و مناقشة حيث أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على ما يلي : أن تغير العلاقات الاجتماعية بمؤسسة مجال الدراسة أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين. أن تغير المراكز الاجتماعية في مؤسسة مجال البحث أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين. الإجراءات و التسهيلات التنظيمية بمؤسسة مجال الدراسة لها أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين. التغيير في الجوانب المادية له أثر على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بمؤسسة مجال الدراسة |
| Description: | In our current study, we touched on the topic of socio-economic changes and their impact on job performance, as this study contained two aspects, the theoretical aspect in which we dealt with the literature and social heritage, and the Applied side was centered on a field study at NaftalinTiaret, where the forms were distributed to the selected sample and these forms were subjected to a process of analysis and discussion, as the results of this study resulted in the following: It is clear that the change of social relations in the institution of the field of study has affected the job performance of employees. It is found that the change of social positions in the research institution affected the job performance of employees. The organizational procedures and facilities of the institution of the field of study have an impact on the job performance of employees. The change in material aspects has an impact on the job performance of employees of the institution of the field of study. |
