| dc.description | Based on this study, we tried to reveal the reality of organizational communication within the organization, and highlight the role it plays in achieving the goals of the organization and the various aspects that distinguish it, in addition to trying to identify the obstacles that would limit its effectiveness, and this is through a systematic, theoretical, field study, and the latter The fuel district of the state of Tissemsilt was in the Oil Corporation, during which information was collected and the respondents were interrogated by distributing forms for the purpose of identifying the reality of organizational communication within this institution in addition to highlighting the role played by communication within the Oil Corporation and the obstacles facing it, where the descriptive approach was followed using the questionnaire and observation as study tools We also used a sample of 33 workers from the Naftal Fuel Corporation and its subsidiaries, using the purposive sample. Finally, we concluded that organizational communication plays an effective role in achieving the objectives of the institution, but there are some obstacles facing organizational communication within the Naftal Fuel Corporation in the state of Tissemsilt. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | من منطلق هذه الدراسة حاولنا الكشف عن واقع الاتصال التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة، وإبراز الدور الذي يلعبه في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة ومختلف الجوانب التي تميزه بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على المعوقات التي من شأنها ان تحد من فعاليته وهذا من خلال دراسة منهجية، نظرية، ميدانية، وهذه الأخيرة كانت بمؤسسة نفطال مقاطع الوقود لولاية تيسمسيلت وتم خلالها جمع المعلومات واستجواب المبحوثين عن طريق ت وزيع استمارات بغرض التعرف على واقع الاتصال التنظيمي داخل هذه المؤسسة بالإضافة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال داخل مؤسسة نفطال والمعوقات التي تواجهه، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الاستبيان والملاحظة كأدوات للدراسة، كما استخدمنا عينة قدرت ب 33 عامل من عمال مؤسسة نفطال للوقود وفروعها باستخدام العينة القصدية. استخلصنا في الأخير بأن الاتصال التنظيمي يؤدي د ورا فعالا في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة، إلا أنه توجد بعض المعوقات التي تواجه الاتصال التنظيمي داخل مؤسسة نفطال للوقود بولاية تيسمسيلت | en_US |
