| Résumé: | ان هذه الدراسة جاءت من اجل توضيح، فعالية الاندماج المهني، بالنسبة لفئة الشباب، والتي تعتبر طاقة كامنة ك قوة حقيقية دائمة في مجال التنمية البشرية، فهي العمود الأساسي لتقد المجتمعات في جميع المجالات والاقتصادية، الثقافية و الاجتماعية ، وخاصة الفئة التي أخذت تكوينا و تعليما في الجامعات والتي بدورها هي مؤسسة هامة لتطوير المجتمع من خلال تأثيرها الفكري و المعنوي، وتساهم في إعطاء معلومات ومفاهيم نظرية وتطبيقية لتكوين إطارات بشرية مزودة بمعلومات ومعارف تساعد في استخراج شباب مؤهلين لسوق العمل . نرى من خلال هذه الدراسة أن التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر اليوم يواجه تحديات كبرى تمتاز بتسارع العملية التعليمية و قصور التوظيف الجامعي، فكما نلاحظ في الجامعة الجزائرية وبالتحديد جامعة ولاية تيارت يتخرج منها الآلاف من خريجي جميع التخصصات العلمية والأدبية في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وغيرها من التخصصات التي توجه إلى سوق العمل وتطمح للحصول على عمل لتحقيق متطلباتها المعيشية، إلا أن مشكل تفاقم عدد خريجي الجامعات من إطار عالم الشغل. |
| Description: | This study was designed to clarify the effectiveness of professional integration. For the group of young people, which is a true and enduring force in the field of human development, It is the fundamental pillar of societies' progress in all areas such as economic, cultural and social, Especially the category that has taken composition and education in universities, which in turn is an important institution for the development of society through its intellectual and moral influence and contributes to theoretical and applied information and concepts for the formation of human frameworks with information and knowledge that help to extract qualified young people for a market. Through this study we see that university education in Algeria today faces major challenges characterized by accelerated educational process and inadequate university recruitment As we note at the University of Algeria, specifically the State University of Tiaret, from which thousands of graduates of all scientific and literary disciplines in the humanities, social and economic sciences and other disciplines are graduating to the labour market and aspiring for employment to achieve their living requirements, However, the problem is exacerbated by the number of university graduates from the world of employment . |
