| Résumé: | تطرقنا في دراستنا إلى معرفة واكتشاف واقع تسيير النفايات المنزلية بمدينة تيارت، والتي تهدف إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف وأهمها: إدراك وفهم نوعية تسيير النفايات المنزلية بمدينة تيارت، والتعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه المواطن في الحفاظ على بيئته، وبناءا على طبيعة الموضوع تم تحديد المنهج المناسب، واختيار العينة، وتبعا لذلك قمنا بتصميم الأداتين: المقابلة وجهناها إلى رئيس المصلحة التقنية بمؤسسة التحسين الحضري وفق منهج دراسة حالة، أ ما الاستمارة قمنا بتوزيعها على 80 مفردة من مجتمع بحث يمثل سكان مدينة تيارت، لتليها مرحلة المعالجة الإحصائية لبيانات الاستبيان بحزمة spss وعمدنا إلى تحليل محتوى المقابلة، ومن خلال ذلك ، تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: _ قلة الإمكانيات المادية على مستوى مؤسسة تيارت نظافة يساهم في تراكم النفايات المنزلية بالمدينة _ نقص الوعي لدى مواطني مدينة تيارت يساهم في تراكم النفايات المنزلية في المدينة |
| Description: | In our study, we touched on knowing and discovering the reality of household waste management in the city of Tiaret, which aims to achieve a number of goals, the most important of which are: realizing and understanding the quality of household waste management in the city of Tiaret, and identifying the role that the citizen plays in preserving his environment, and based on the nature of the subject, the appropriate approach was determined , and sample selection, and accordingly we designed the two tools: the interview and directed it to the head of the technical department of the Urban Improvement Foundation according to the method of a case study, and the questionnaire we distributed to 80 individuals from a research community representing the residents of the city of Tiaret, followed by the stage of statistical processing of the questionnaire data with the spss package, and we proceeded to Analyzing the content of the interview, and through that we obtained the following results: _ The lack of financial capabilities at the level of the Tiaret Cleanliness Foundation contributes to the accumulation of household waste in the city _The lack of awareness among the citizens of the city of Tiaret contributes to the accumulation of household waste in the city |
