| Abstract: | La recherche effectuée dans le cadre de ce mémoire a été divisée en deux parties. Une qui représente une enquête qui a été faite dans la Wilaya de Tiaret (Commune de Tiaret. Mahdia et Medrousa). L'étude a été menée à travers un questionnaire aux boulangers pour montrer si 1' Algérie est touchée par cette crise. L’autre partie consistait généralité sur les céréales De cette étude, nous avons pu conclure que les boulangers algériens n'ont pas été affectés par la crise céréalière mondiale en termes de prix de la farine (blé tendre) et des ajustements ultérieurs du prix du pain |
| Description: | The research carried out for this thesis was divided into two parts. one that represents a survey that was made in the Wilaya of Tiaret (Commune of Tiaret. Mahdia and Medroussa). The study was conducted through a questionnaire to bakers to show if Algeria is affected by this crisis.
