dc.description	This study aimed to investigate the contribution of specialized search engines to scientific research, the required capabilities and skills for their use. The study also addressed the satisfaction of professors with information retrieval through specialized search engines. In our study, we adopted the descriptive-analytical method as the most suitable approach for the research topic. We selected university professors as our sample, and we used an electronic questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to 28 professors, with 23 questionnaires being answered while 5 professors declined to respond.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مساهمات محركات البحث النتخصصة في البحث العلمي, والإمكانيات و المهارات الواجب توفرها لإستخدامها, كما تطرقت الدراسة على مدى رضا الأساتذة عن استرجاع المعلومات عن طريق محركات البحث المتخصصة. واعتمدنا في في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره أقرب المناهج ملائمة لموضوع الدراسة, واتخذنا في دراستنا مجموعة من الأساتذة الجامعيين عينة لها, وقد اعتمدنا على الاستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة لتجميع البيانات, التي تم توزيعها على 28 أستاذ تم الإجابة على 23 استبيان فيم امتنع 05 اساتذة على الإجابة.	en_US
