dc.descriptionOur current study aims to explore the role of guidance counselors in promoting psychological and academic compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. We have formulated six hypotheses for this study, and due to the nature of the subject, we have followed a descriptive methodology, which is most suitable for our research, with the help of three measures. The first measure represents the guidance procedures for researcher Horia Kadour, while the second measure represents the psychological compatibility of Zeinab Shaqir. As for the third measure, academic compatibility was assigned to researcher Mubarak Mohand Ourabah. These measures were applied to a sample of 50 students selected purposively from Mehoub Abdelbaqi Middle School in Tiaret. We have reached the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between counseling sessions with guidance counselors and psychological compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. 2) There is a statistically significant relationship between counseling sessions with guidance counselors and academic compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. 3) There is a statistically significant relationship between guidance counselor procedures and psychological compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. 4) There is a statistically significant relationship between guidance counselor procedures and academic compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. 5) There is a statistically significant relationship between guidance and psychological compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students. 6) There is no statistically significant relationship between guidance and academic compatibility among fourth-grade middle school students.en_US
dc.description.abstractهدفتنا دراستنا الحالية الى التعرف على دور مستشار توجيه في احداث التوافق النفسي والدراسي لدى التلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ،قد صغنا ستة فرضيات لهذه الدراسة ،وقد اقتضت طبيعة الموضوع الى اتباع المنهج الوصفي فهو أنسب لدراستنا مع الاستعانة بثلاثة مقاييس ،تمثل مقياس الأول في اجراءات مستشار توجيه للباحثة حورية قدور اما المقياس الثاني تمثل في التوافق النفسي لزينب شقير وبخصوص مقياس الثالث التوافق الدراسي كان للباحث مباركي محند او رابح، وتم تطبيقهم على عينة البحث تمثلت في 50 تلميذ اخترت بطريقة قصدية لمتوسطة ميهوب عبد الباقي تيارت.en_US
