dc.description	The current study aims to reveal the role of the school and vocational guidance and counseling counselor in confronting school bullying for a number of intermediate and secondary schools at the level of the state of Tiaret. On a group of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors to collect data and information from them, this data was analyzed using statistical methods and from the results obtained on the need to raise awareness and strengthen its counseling role for students to provide information about the dangers of bullying and its effects through media sessions, in addition to guiding the institution and its members about the size of the problem of bullying to reduce From it, we concluded that individual interviews, group counseling, psychological support, and follow-up carried out by school and vocational guidance counselors help reduce the problem of bullying and develop support and tolerance for them, while sending them to a psychologist	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى كشف عن دور مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في مواجهة التنمر المدرسي لعدد من متوسطات و ثانويات على مستوى ولاية تيارت، فشملت عينة الدراسة على 50 مستشاري التوجيه و الارشاد المدرسي والمهني مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتمدنا في درستنا على استمارة استبيان تم توزيعها على مجموعة من مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني لجمع البيانات والمعلومات منهم وتم تحليل تلك البيانات باستخدام طرق إحصائية ومن النتائج المتوصل عليها بضرورة التوعية وتعزيز دوره الارشادي للتلاميذ يتقديم المعلومات عن مخاطر التنمر وأثاره من خلال حصص إعلامية، إضافة في ارشاد المئسسة ومن فيها بحجم مشكلة التنمر للتقليل منه، وتوصلنا أن المقابلات الفردية والإرشاد الجماعي والتكفل النفسي والمتابعة التي يقوم بها مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني تساعد في التقليل من مشكلة التنمر وتنمي الدعم والتسامح لديهم، مع ارسالهم الى الأخصائي النفساني	en_US
