dc.description	The current study aims to reveal the application of individual protective equipment in the Naftal Corporation and knowledge in reducing work accidents، and to achieve the objectives of the study the following tools were used: Observation network guide on individual protective measures to reveal the extent to which workers are committed to wearing individual protective equipment. The study was conducted on a sample of 52 workers، and resulted in the following results: 1. Existence of many different risks such as: ignition، gas inhalation، and the risk of falling. 2. dc.description.abstract	تهدف الدراسة الحالیة إلى الكشف عن تطبیق معدات الوقایة الفردیة في مؤسسة نفطال ومعرفة دورها في التقلیل من حوادث العمل، ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الأدوات التالیة: المقابلة مع مستخدمي المؤسسة من مدیر ومسؤول الأمن الصناعي والعمال، لمعرفة الإجراءات المتخذة للوقایة من الحوادث دلیل شبكة الملاحظة المتعلق بإجراءات الوقایة الفردیة للكشف عن مدى التزام العمال على ارتداء معدات الوقایة الفردیة. أجریت الدراسة على عینة قوامها 52 عامل، وأسفرت على النتائج التالیة: 1. وجود العدید من المخاطر المتنوعة مثل: حدوث اشتعال، استنشاق الغاز، مخاطر السقوط. 2. عدم التزام العمال بتطبیق معدات الوقایة الفردیة	en_US
