| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالیة للكشف عن مستوى جودة الحیاة لدى المرأة مستأصلة الرحم،والذي تم إجراءه بالمؤسسة الإستشفائیة –مركب الأمومة والطفولة "ولد مبروك الشیخ" تیارت- حیث كانت الحالات مختارة بطریقة قصدیة مكونة من ثلاث حالات، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج العیادي لتعمیق نتائج الدراسة بالإستعانة بالمقابلة والتي اعتمدت على المحاور التالیة (بیانات الشخصیة – صحة المرأة – المعاش السیكوسوماتي – مصادر الدعم الأسري والمجتمعي – النقائص في العلاج والمساعدة) والملاحظة العیادیة مستعملین مقیاس جودة الحیاة "منظمة الصحة العالمیة 1996 " تعریب "بشرى إسماعیل أحمد 2008 " وتم تطبیق الأداة على ثلاث حالات، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالیة : - أن المرأة مستأصلة الرحم لها مستوى منخفض في جودة الحیاة. - أن المرأة مستأصلة الرحم لها مستوى منخفض في الصحة الجسمیة . - أن المرأة مستأصلة الرحم لها مستوى متوسط في الصحة النفسیة . - أن المرأة مستأصلة الرحم لها مستوى منخفض في العلاقات الإجتماعیة . - أن المرأة مستأصلة الرحم لها مستوى منخفض في خدمات البیئة . |
| Description: | The current study aimed to reveal the level of quality of life for the hysterectomized woman, which was conducted in the hospital institution - Motherhood and Childhood Complex "Weld Mabrouk Al-Sheikh" Tiaret - where the cases were chosen in a purposive manner consisting of three cases, and we relied on the clinical approach to deepen the results of the study with the help of the interview Which relied on the following axes (personal data - women's health - psychosomatic pension - sources of family and community support - deficiencies in treatment and assistance) and clinical observation using the quality of life scale "WHO 1996" Arabization "Bushra Ismail Ahmed 2008" and the tool was applied to three cases The study yielded the following results: The woman whose uterus was removed has a low level of quality of life. The woman whose uterus was removed has a low level of physical health. The woman whose uterus was removed has an average level of mental health. The woman whose uterus was removed has a low level of social relations. The woman whose uterus was removed has a low level of environmental services |
