dc.description	This study aimed to know the nature of the relationship between quality of life and academic creativity among university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Ibn Khaldun University in Tiaret. The study sample included about 70 university professors، based on the descriptive approach، where the data of the study were used by building a questionnaire for each of the quality of life and academic creativity. The results of the study revealed that there is no statistically significant correlation between quality of life and academic creativity among university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Ibn Khaldun، Tiaret Province، as well as the absence of a relationship between human considerations of quality of life and academic creativity among university professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Ibn Khaldun. dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبیعة العلاقة بین جودة الحیاة في العمل والإبداع الأكادیمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعیین بكلیة العلوم الإنسانیة والاجتماعیة بجامعة ابن خلدون لولایة تیارت. وقد شملت عینة الدراسة 70 أستاذا بطریقة عشوائیة جامعیا وذلك بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي حیث تم استخدام أدوات الدراسة بواسطة بناء استبیان الخاص بكل من جودة الحیاة في العمل والإبداع الأكادیمي. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة، عن عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطیة دالة إحصائیا بین جودة الحیاة في العمل والإبداع الأكادیمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعیین في كلیة العلوم الإنسانیة والاجتماعیة ابن خلدون ولایة تیارت، وكذا عدم وجود علاقة بین الاعتبارات الإنسانیة لجودة الحیاة في العمل والإبداع الأكادیمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعیین في كلیة العلوم الإنسانیة والاجتماعیة ابن خلدون ولایة تیارت،عدم وجود علاقة بین اتخاذ القرار والإبداع الأكادیمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعیین في كلیة العلوم الإنسانیة والاجتماعیة ابن خلدون ولایة تیارت، عدم وجود علاقة بین الرضا الوظیفي والإبداع الأكادیمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعیین في كلیة العلوم الإنسانیة والاجتماعیة ابن خلدون ولایة تیارت.	en_US
