dc.description	This study aimed to identify the relationship of night shifts to the quality of life of nurses in the hemodialysis center in Tiaret, with determining the differences in the level of quality of life among the research sample members, according to educational level and age. Where the clinical approach was applied, and to achieve the purposes of the study, we relied on the following tools : Descriptive approach, semi oriented clinical interview, observation , qol survey , The following tools were applied on a sample consisting of 30 nurse. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between quality of life and night shifts for nurses, and therefore we can say that nurses working in night shifts have a low level of quality of life	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة المناوبات الليلية بجودة الحياة لدى الممرضات في مركز تصفية الدم بتيارت مع تحديد الفروق في مستوى جودة الحياة لدى افراد عينة البحث وذلك على حسب المستوى التعليمي والسن، حيث تم تطبيق المنهج العيادي ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة اعتمدنا على الأدوات الاتية تم تطبيق الأدوات الأتية :المنهج الوصفي، المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة، الملاحظة والاستبيان وأدوات للدراسة. وتم تطبيقهم على عينة متكونة من 30 ممرضة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين جودة الحياة والمناوبات الليلية عند الممرضات وبالتالي يمكننا أن نقول أن الممرضات العاملات بنظام المناوبات الليلية لهم مستوى منخفض من جودة الحياة	en_US
