| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى مصادر الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه، والذي اكتسى أهمیة بالغة لدى المفكرین والباحثین، وعلیه جاءت إشكالیة د ا رستنا: ما طبیعة الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه؟. ومن هذا الأساس تفرعت فرضیات الدراسة إلى: - مستوى الضغوط المهنیة مرتفع لدى مستشاري التوجیه. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه حسب الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه حسب السن. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه حسب الأقدمیة لمهنیة. ومن أجل صحة الفرضیات طبقت دراستنا على عینة من مستشاري التوجیه بتیارت تم اختیارها عن طریق الصدفة، ولقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأداة الاستبیان، ومن أجل الوصول إلى نتائج فرضیات الدراسة اعتمدنا على الحزمة الإحصائیة للعلوم الاجتماعیةSPSS. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إلیها في دراستنا: مستوى الضغوط المهنیة مرتفع لدى مستشاري التوجیه. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه حسب الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة مستشاري التوجیه حسب العمر. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في مستوى الضغوط المهنیة لدى مستشاري التوجیه حسب الأقدمیة". وتبقى هذه النتائج المتحصل علیها صحیحة في إطار حدود عینة الد ا رسة والأدوات المستخدمة فیها. |
| Description: | The study aimed to know the level of sources of occupational pressures among guidance counselors, which was of great importance to thinkers and researchers. Therefore, the problem of our study came up: What is the nature of occupational pressures among guidance counselors? On this basis, the hypotheses of the study were divided into: - The level of professional stress is high among guidance counselors. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among guidance counselors, according to gender. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among guidance counselors according to age. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among guidance counselors according to their professional seniority. In order to validate the hypotheses, our study was applied to a sample of guidance counselors in streams that were chosen by chance. In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool. In order to reach the results of the study hypotheses, we relied on the SPSS statistical package for social sciences. Among the most important results reached in our study: The level of occupational stress is high for guidance counselors. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among guidance counselors according to gender. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional stress guidance counselors according to age. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among guidance counselors according to seniority. These obtained results remain correct within the limits of the study sample and the tools used in it. |
