| Abstract: | تتضمن المذكرة مساهمة قبائل الدوایر والزمالة في محاولة إضعاف المقاومة الشعبیة وذلك من خلال تقدیم الدعم والمساندة لقوات الإحتلال الفرنسي عن طریق نقل أخبار الثوار بمقابل منحت لهم فرنسا إمتیا ا زت ووظائف شرفیة وحفظت كر ا متهم. ولكن سارعت بالتخلي عنهم عندما استقرت سلطتها وترسخت فأصبحت هذه القبائل تمثل مجازفة ومجرد عر ا قیل في مسار الحضارة والتدمن الذي یعتبر تبریر لإحتلالها. |
| Description: | The memorandum includes the contribution of the Dwayer tribes and the fellowship in an attempt to weaken the popular resistance, by providing support and assistance to the French occupation forces by transmitting news of the revolutionaries in exchange for France granting them honorary privileges and jobs and preserving their dignity. But she hastened to abandon them when her authority was stabilized and entrenched, so these tribes became a risk and mere obstacles in the path of civilization and addiction, which is considered a justification for their occupation.
