| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر القصور الكلوي المزمن والخضوع لعملية تصفية الدم في ظهور صدمة نفسية، ولتحقيق الهدف تم الإعتماد على المنهج العيادي على 03 حالات تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى نتائج التالية: - تؤدي الإصابة بمرض القصور الكلوي المزمن والخضوع لعملية تصفية الدم إلى صدمة نفسية. - يؤدي مرض القصور الكلوي والخضوع لعملية تصفية الدم إلى ظهور تناذر التكرار لدى المصابين. - يؤدي مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن والخضوع لعملية تصفية الدم إلى ظهور تناذر التجنب لدى المصابين. - يؤدي مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن والخضوع لعملية تصفية الدم إلى ظهور تناذر زيادة القابلية للإثارة الإنفعالية لدى المصابين |
| Description: | This study aims to find out the effect of chronic renal failure and undergoing hemodialysis on the onset of psychological trauma, and to achieve the goal, the clinical approach was relied on 03 cases that were selected in a manner intentiona. The current study reached the following results: - Chronic renal insufficiency and hemodialysis lead to psychological trauma - Renal insufficiency and hemodialysis lead to recurrence syndrome injured. - Chronic renal insufficiency and hemodialysis lead to avoidance syndromein the injured. - Chronic renal insufficiency and hemodialysis lead to the emergence of hypertrophic syndrome The ability to emotionally arouse the injured. |
