| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مستوى الصدمة النفسية عند الأشخاص مبتوري الأطراف السفلية لدى المصابين بداء السكري، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي ودراسة حالة استخدام المقابلة العيادية النصف الموجهة والملاحظة العيادية ومقياس كرب مابعد الصدمة لدافيدسونPTSD على عينة متكونة من حالتين من جنس ذكر يتراوح اعمارهم بين (59-67) سنة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية يوسف دمرجي. |
| Description: | The purpose of this study is to know the psychic shock in people with amputated lower limbs in diabetics and to achieve the objectives of this study we have focused on the clinical method and work on a state in the semi-directed interview this the clinical observation and measurement of post-traumatic stress. Davison PTSD in a sample of two male cases their age between(59-67) years they were intentionally tested in mus-tapha damergi. After extensive studies we have achievd the following results : Diabetic people with lower limb amputees suffered from a painful psychic shock which appeared as an effect response .obtained in the PTSD post-traumatic stress scale. |
