| dc.description | This study almed to know the nature of the relationship that exists between Entrepreneurial passion in its dimensions (Compulsive passion and Harmonious passion ) and Motivation for achievement amonge young entrepreneur in the state of tiaret. The study simpleinclueded about 100 young people who were counted and selected in a random manner, and the study data was collected based on the questionnaire tool for entrepreneurial passion and motivation for achievement, and we relied on the appropriate descriptive approach to our study, and the data were analyzed based on descriptive statistics, and the results of the study showed the following: 1- There is a statistically significant correlation between entrepreneurial passion and motivation for achievement among young entrepreneurs in the state of Tiaret. 2- There is a statistically significant correlation between the harmonious passion and motivation for achievement among young entrepreneurs in the state of Tiaret. 3- There is a statistically significant correlation between Between compulsive passion and motivation for achievement among young entrepreneurs in the state of Tiaret | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبیعة العلاقة الموجودة بین الشغف المقاولاتي ببعدیه (الإنسجامي والقهري ) و الدافعیة للإنجاز لدى الشباب المقاول بولایة تیارت . وقد شملت عینة الدراسة حوالي 100 شابا تم حصرهم وإختیارهم بطریقة عشوائیة وقد تم جمع بیانات الدراسة إعتمادا على أداة الإستبیان الخاص بالشغف المقاولاتي و الدافعیة للإنجاز، وإعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لدراستنا وقد تم تحلیل البیانات بالإعتماد على الإحصاء الوصفي وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مایلي : 1- وجود علاقة إرتباطیة طردیة دالة إحصائیة بین الشغف المقاولاتي و الدافعیة للإنجاز لدى الشباب المقاول بولایة تیارت . 2- وجود علاقة إرتباطیة طردیة دالة إحصائیة بین الشغف الإنسجامي و الدافعیة للإنجاز لدى الشباب المقاول بولایة تیارت . 3- وجود علاقة إرتباطیة طردیة دالة إحصائیة بین الشغف القهري و الدافعیة للإنجاز لدى الشباب المقاول بولایة تیارت | en_US |
