| Résumé: | إن التطور المعلوماتي والتسارع الكبير الذي تعرفه التكنولوجيات الحديثة، في مختلف الميادين الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية دفعت المؤسسات والإدارات إلى القيام بمشاريع الرقمنة من أجل تحسين الخدمة العمومية وعصرنتها و بالتالي ظهور ما يسمى بالإدارة الالكترونية . يعتبر قطاع الأرشيف من بين المؤسسات التي أدخلت تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تسيير خدماتها والتحول من البيئة التقليدية إلى البيئة الالكترونية وفق استراتيجيات وخطط و متطلبات للقيام بذلك ، والصندوق الوطني للتقاعد بالجزائر من ضمن المؤسسات التي كانت سباقة في تبني مشروع رقمنة رصيدها الوثائقي ضمن است ا رتيجية تقريب الإدا رة من المواطن. جاءت هذه الد ا رسة للوقوف على استراتيجية الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد CNR تيسمسيلت في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتسيير الأرشيف من حيث الإمكانيات التي سخرها الصندوق لإنجاح عملية التسيير الالكتروني للوثائق الأرشيفية، ومعرفة نوع الممارسات الآلية المتبعة في هذه المؤسسة مع إبراز دور التسيير الالكتروني للوثيقة في تحسين الخدمات من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها على مستوى وكالة تيسمسيلت مستخدمين في ذلك أداة المقابلة. |
| Description: | The information development and the great acceleration of modern technologies in various economic, social and political fields prompted institutions and administrations to carry out digitization projects according to the quality of their activities and administrative dealings in order to improve and modernize public services ,The emergence of what we call e-management. The archiving sector is among the institutions that have introduced information technology in the conduct of their services and the transition from the traditional environment to the electronic environment, according to strategies, plans and requirements to do so. The current study sheds light on the National Retirement Fund CNR strategy (Tissemsilt District). It focuses on the use of modern information technologies that facilitate archive management. In other words, it stands for the most important applications used by the CNR to assure that the electronic management process of archival documents is done successfully, knowing the extent of this application system, and the sort of the automatic practices have been followed in this foundation with showing the roll of the Electronic Archival for the document in improving services , as well as to identify the crucial used applications through the on-field survey made by our team at the level of Tissemsilt agency. |
