| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الألكسيثيميا والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستعمال مقياسين مقياس تورنتو 20-Tas لقياس الألكسيثيميا مكيف حسب البيئة الجزائرية، والمقياس الثاني مقياس(1994، Seidman & Zager) الذي ترجمه عادل عبد الله إلى اللغة العربية لقياس الاحتراق النفسي، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 111 ( أستاذ وأستاذة من مدرسي الطور المتوسط من ( 06 ) مؤسسات تربوية بولاية تيارت، وقد تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا اعتمادا على نظام رزمة الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية عن النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الألكسيثيميا والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ف ي مستوى الألكسيثيميا ومستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الألكسيثيميا ومستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير المادة التعليمية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الألكسيثيميا ومستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية. |
| Description: | This study aimed at revealing the relationship that links between Alexithymia and Burnout among middle school teachers, In order to reach the study objectives the descriptive approach was relied upon, and two scales were used, and two instruments were used, while the first was Toronto (Tas- 20) scale to measure Alexithymia adapted to the Algerian environment, the second was Scale (Seidman & Zager, 1994) translated by Adel Abdullah into Arabic to measure burnout, the Study was applied to a sample of (111) middle school teachers from (06) educational institutions in the state of Tiaret .The data was collected and statistically analyzed as being on the SPSS system .The study resulted in the following: - There is a statistically significant correlation between Alexithymia and Burnout at middle school teachers. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of Alexithymia and the level of psychological burnout among intermediate education teachers due to the variable of sex. - There are no statistically significant differences In the level of Alexithymia and the level of psychological burnout among intermediate education teachers due to the educational subject variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of Alexithymia and the level of burnout among middle school teachers due to the teaching experience variable |
