| Résumé: | شهدت بلاد المغرب الإسلامي مع نهاية القرن الثالث للهجري التاسع ميلادي ظهور مذهب دخيل عليها وهو المذهب الشيعي الإسلامي ، ممثل في الدولة العبيدية الفاطمية وقد نتج عن هذا التحول السياسي والمذهبي ، معلرضة شديدة من قبل فقهاء المذهب السني المالكي ، وهو المذهب السائد ، وذلك راجع إلى السياسة المذهبية المتطرفة التي اتبعها هذا المذهب ، من تعذيب وتنكيل وقتل للفقهاء المالكية ، لكن رغم ذلك صمد فقهاء المالكية وقاوموا هذا المد الشيعي ، عن طريق المناظرات وحركات التأليف ،إضافة إلى رفع السلاح ،من اجل نصرة المذهب المالكي . |
| Description: | The Islamic Maghreb region witnessed the emergence of a foreign sect, specifically the Ismaili Shiite sect, towards the end of the ninth century AD. Represented by the Fatimid dynasty, the Ismaili Shiite sect found its embodiment in the Al-Abidiyya state during that time in the Islamic Maghreb region, This political and sectarian shift gave rise to strong resistance from the prominent scholars of the Sunni Maliki school. which was the prevailing school of thought, faced intense opposition due to the extremist sectarian policies followed by the followers of this school, including the torture, persecution, and killing of the Maliki scholars, However, despite that, the Maliki scholars stood their ground and resisted this Shia wave through debates, intellectual movements, as well as armed resistance, in order to defend the Maliki school of thought, Indeed, the victory for the Sunni Maliki school came during the reign of Al-Mu'izz ibn Badis, thanks to the efforts of the scholars and jurists of the Maliki school. |
