| Description: | Linguistic studies are considered one of the most important studies that have received wide interest, both ancient and modern, and this great interest is represented in the emergence of many sciences under the cover of linguistic studies. The Swiss de Saussure, who is considered the spiritual father of linguistics or the father of linguistics, and the task of linguistics is to study the human tongue in an objective, descriptive and immediate study. It is one of the most important branches in modern studies, and it has received a wide and ninth interest in Western and Arab circles, so we find a wide difference in defining its concept. The philosophies of the text used to call it many labels, including the science of the text - and the grammar of the text, and this last represents the linguistics of the text, as a very important stage appeared in modern studies, which is a stage Moving from the linguistics of the sentence to the syntax of the text and then to naming it as the linguistics of the text until this name settles on this new science and its role can be in studying and analyzing the texts accurately through many procedures, the most important of which is relying on very important criteria called textual criteria |
