| Résumé: | تعد اللغة من أكثر القضايا التي حضيت باهتمام الباحثين في كل أقطار العالم إذ شغلت قضاياها بالهم فكثفوا جهودهم بغية التعرف على ماهيتها انطلاقا من أصلها فأدى ذلك إلى تطورها خاصة بارتباطها بالمباحث الدينية لدى مختلف الأمم وقد تطور حتى ظهرت اللسانيات كعلم حدييث إلى أن صارت علوما قائمة من بين هذه العلوم علم الدلالة حيث حضييت المباحث الدلالية هي الأخرى باهتمام النظير خاصة عند العرب لارتباط مباحثها بالقرآن الكريم ، ومن أبرز من عني بالدلالة هم علماء أصول الفقه ، ومن بينهم سيف الدين الآمدي وبعد التطرق إلى موضوع العلامة اللسانية عند الآمدي ومحاولة الاحاطة بمختلف جوانبه توصلنا إلى أن اللسانيات هي العلم الذي تستمد منه الدلالة آلياتها ،وهي العلم الذي يستند عليه أصول الفقه ، وأن المعنى هو منطلق الدلالة. |
| Description: | Language is one of the most important issues that attracted the attention of researchers in all countries of the world, as its issues preoccupied them, so they intensified their efforts in order to identify what it is based on its origin. Existing sciences among these sciences is semantics, where the semantic investigations also received peer attention, especially among the Arabs, because its investigations are related to the Holy Qur’an, and among the most prominent of those concerned with semantics are the scholars of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, among them Saif al-Din al-Amdi. And trying to encompass its various aspects, we have come to the conclusion that linguistics is the science from which semantics derives its mechanisms, and it is the science on which the fundamentals of jurisprudence are based, and that meaning is the starting point of semantics. |
