| Abstract: | إن النحو والدلالة من العلوم الدقيقة الأساسية لفهم معاني ودلالات الكتاب والسنة، إذ المعنى منوط بهما. وعليه، جاءت هذه المذكرة لدراسة الأثر الدلالي والنحوي في آيات القرآن الكريم التشريعية دراسة دلالية ونحوية، قصد كشف أثر هذين العلمين الجليلين ومكانتهما في القرآن الكريم، ودورهما في فهم واستنباط الأحكام الفقهية، حيث يتمتع القارئ لهذه المذكرة وهو يتنقل بين رياض المفسرين وجنان الفقهاء والنحويين والدلاليين، والعلم عند الله تعالى . |
| Description: | Syntax and semantics are among the exact sciences essential to understanding the meanings and indications of the Book and the Sunnah, as the meaning depends on them. Accordingly, this memorandum came to study the semantic and grammatical impact on the legislative verses of the Holy Qur’an, a semantic and grammatical study, with the aim of revealing the impact of these two great sciences and their place in the Holy Qur’an, and their role in understanding and deriving jurisprudential rulings. And knowledge is with God Almighty. |
