| Abstract: | تزايدت الأخطار وكثرت الكوارث البيئية في جميع أنحاء العالم، الأمر الذي جعل المجتمع الدولي يتحرك ليتصدى لهذه الكوارث، ويحاول التقليص منها و الجزائر كانت من الدول التي سعت لحماية بيئتها .من كافة المخاطر فالمشرع الجزائري اهتم بمجال حماية البيئة و هذا الإهتمام لم يقتصر على سن النصوص القانونية فحسب و انما تعداه إلى تكليف السلطة التنفيذية بإداراتها بمهام حماية البيئة . فالهيئات الإدارية المكلفة بحماية البيئة في التشريع الوطني متعددة بين هيئات مركزية و اخرى لا مركزية، فالمشرع كلف وزارة بحماية البيئة و حدد لها مهاما تختلف عن تلك المهام التي كلف بها الولاية أو البلدية أو الهيئات المستقلة . |
| Description: | Dangers have increased and environmental disasters have multiplied all over the world, which made the international community move to address these disasters, and try to reduce them, and Algeria was one of the countries that sought to protect its environment from all risks, the Algerian legislator was interested in the field of environmental protection, and this interest was not limited to the enactment of legal texts only, but also to entrust the executive authority with its departments with the tasks of protecting the environment. The administrative bodies charged with environmental protection in national legislation are multiple between central and decentralized bodies, as the legislator assigned a ministry to protect the environment and assigned to it tasks that differ from those assigned to the state, municipality or independent bodies |
