| Abstract: | تحرص بعض الدول على أن تتضمن أجندة سياستها الخارجية مبادئ تعزيز التعاون الدولي لمواجهة مختلف التهديدات و المخاطر، كتكريس حماية حقوق الإنسان، دعم الأطر متعددة الأطراف، تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية، ودعم قضايا نزع السلاح...الخ، حيث تؤدي أدوارا فعالة في هذا السياق، ما يجعلها تبدو أكثر "أخلاقية" من البقية بوصف أنها" مواطن دولي صالح "، لهذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الأسس المفاهيمية للمواطنة الدولية الصالحة، والكيفية التي تقارب بها هذه الأخيرة مسألة الأخلاق في السياسة الخارجية. |
| Description: | Some countries prefer to include in their foreign policy agenda the principles of strengthening international cooperation to confront various threats and risks, protecting human rights, supporting multilateral frameworks, providing humanitarian aid, supporting disarmament issues, etc., and they play effective roles in this context,which makes it appear more “moral” than the rest as a “Good International Citizen”, that is why this research paper aims to shed light on the conceptual foundations of good international citizenship, and how the latter addresses the issue of ethics in foreign policy. |
