| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة مظهر من مظاهر انعكاسات الثورة التكنولوجية وتطور وسائل الاتصال على حقوق المؤلف، والأمر هنا يتعلق بأحد الاستثناءات على الحق الاستئثاري للمؤلف وهو استثناء النسخة الخاصة والذي يمثل قيدا على الاحتكار الممنوح للمؤلف على مصنفه بما أنه يتيح لأي شخص –في حدود الاستعمال الشخصي- استنساخ مصنف محمي بموجب حقوق المؤلف دون الحصول على موافقة أو إذن من المؤلف أو من ذوي الحقوق على هذا المصنف. |
| Description: | This study aims to address an aspect of the repercussions of the technological revolution and the development of means of communication on the rights of the author, and the matter here relates to one of the exceptions to the exclusive right of the author, which is the exception of the special copy, which represents a restriction on the monopoly granted to the author over his work as it allows anyone - within the limits of personal use - Reproduction of a work protected by copyright without obtaining the consent or permission of the author or those with rights to this work. |
