| Résumé: | إن العمل الطبي بيئته هي جسم الإنسان وبدنه؛ فإنّ أي خطأ طبي قد يسبب للمريض إعاقة أو عاهة تعكر عليه صفو حياته، وقد عرفت الإنسانية منذ القديم الأخطاء الطبية وحمّلت الأطباء مسؤولية تلك الأفعال، والمسؤولية القانونية يمكن أن تكون جنائية أو مدنية أو تأديبية، وهذا لا يمنع اجتماعها في قضية واحدة، والمسؤولية التأديبية فرضتها روح الجماعة في العمل، وممارسة مهنة الطب لها نظام يسيرها وقواعد تحكمها، ويترتب عن مخالفتها قيام المسؤولية التأديبية للطبيب بغض النظر عما إذا كان فعله هذا رتّب متابعات جنائية أو مدنية. والبحث عن الأسباب التي دفعت هذا الطبيب إلى مخالفة قواعد المهنة وآدابها. |
