| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر الطفل من الفئات المحمية بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني، وهو يشكل الفئة الأضعف في النزاعات المسلحة غير الدولية، التي ازدادت في الآونة الأخيرة في العديد من الدول، بعد أن انحسرت النزاعات المسلحة الدولية، لذلك بدأ المجتمع الدولي يهتم بتوفير الحماية الضرورية للطفل من خلال الحماية العامة التي وفرتها له المادة الثالثة المشتركة ثم الحماية الخاصة بموجب البرتوكول الإضافي الثاني والعديد من النصوص الخاصة بالطفل، وقد تعددت الآليات التي تضمن الحماية للطفل كدور المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية وتدخل القضاء الجنائي الدولي لمعاقبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات الجسيمة في حق الطفل. | en_US |
