| Résumé: | يعتبر الطفل من الفئات المحمية بموجب القانون الدولي الإنساني، وهو يشكل الفئة الأضعف في النزاعات المسلحة غير الدولية، التي ازدادت في الآونة الأخيرة في العديد من الدول، بعد أن انحسرت النزاعات المسلحة الدولية، لذلك بدأ المجتمع الدولي يهتم بتوفير الحماية الضرورية للطفل من خلال الحماية العامة التي وفرتها له المادة الثالثة المشتركة ثم الحماية الخاصة بموجب البرتوكول الإضافي الثاني والعديد من النصوص الخاصة بالطفل، وقد تعددت الآليات التي تضمن الحماية للطفل كدور المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية وتدخل القضاء الجنائي الدولي لمعاقبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات الجسيمة في حق الطفل. |
| Description: | The child is one of the groups protected under international humanitarian law, and it is the weakest group in non-international armed conflicts, which has increased in recent times in many countries, after international armed conflicts have subsided. Therefore, the international community began to care about providing the necessary protection for the child through general protection. Common Article Three provided him with special protection under the Second Additional Protocol and many provisions for the child, and there are many mechanisms that guarantee protection for the child, such as the role of international humanitarian organizations and the intervention of the international criminal judiciary to punish the perpetrators of grave violations of the right of the child |
