| Résumé: | يتناول هذا المقال، دراسة مدى قدرة ''النّظام التّعليمي العربي''، على بناء ثقافة انسانية مدنية، في ضوء فلسفته، وثقافته العربية المحلّية الخاصّة به. وهذا هو المقصود بـ: ''الثّقافة الهويّاتية'' التي يتساءل عنها الكثير من الباحثين العرب، لاسيّما في علم الاجتماع الترّبوي - والسّياسي. أيْ التّساؤل أوّلا عن؛ الأثر المدني الذي قد يترتّب عن النّظام التّعليمي، من حيث؛ المبادئ، والمثل العليا، والمشاعر، والأحاسيس ....، كأساس لتحقيق الثّقافة الهويّاتية في المجتمع. ومن جهة أخرى، التّساؤل ثانيا عن؛ ماهية الأثار، التي ترتّبت على المخرجات الهويّاتية عن النّظام التّعليمي العربي، هل نتج عنها، حلاّ وزوالا، للمشكلة الهوياتية؟ أو على ما تعلّق بـــ : تلبية احتياجات مختلف الشّعوب العربية ، لمتطلبات؛ الوحدة، والتّاريخ والدّين، واللّغة، والمصير المشترك. |
| Description: | This article examines the extent to which the Arab educational systemcan build a civic culture in the light of its philosophy and its local Arab culture. This is what is meant by the "identity culture" that many Arab scholars wonder about, especially in educational and political sociology. Firstly, the civil impact that the educational system may have in terms of principles, ideals, feelings, sensations ... as a basis for achieving a culture of identity in society. On the other hand, the second question: What are the effects of the identity output on the Arab educational system, have they resulted in a solution to the problem of identity? Or as related to; meet the needs of various Arab peoples, to the requirements; unity, history, religion, language, common destiny. |
