| Abstract: | تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول تأثير نشر الأخبار الكاذبة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تضليل وتغليط الرأي العام وتأثيراتها المتشعبة أمنيا وسياسيا واجتماعيا وحتى اقتصاديا، فهي تشكل خطرا كبيرا يهدد استقرار الدولة وأجهزتها الأمنية فهي قادرة على خلق حالة من الفوضى والتشكيك في المجتمع، نظرا لسرعتها الهائلة في الانتشار خاصة في ظل الإعلام الجديد، بالإضافة إلى صعوبة التصدي لها، ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يستحدث نصوص قانونية رادعة في قانون العقوبات لمروّجي الأخبار الكاذبة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى غياب الرقابة الفعلية على ما ينشر في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بطرق حديثة تتماشى مع التطور الرقمي الحاصل في وسائل الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة للحد من ترويجها. |
| Description: | This study focused on disseminating fake news on social media, which aims to manipulate public opinion,These fake news are amplified and disseminated quickly through social media, and pose a great threat to the stability of the state and its security apparatus ,it can also create a state of chaos and suspicion in society. For this reason, the Algerian legislator has created legal provisions in the penal code for promoters of fake news. The study concluded that this disinformation is due to the absence of real censorship, which verifies what is published on social media platforms to limit its promotion |
