| Abstract: | تكتسب الممتلكات الثقافية في وقتنا الحالي أهمية و قيمة مادية متعاظمة، فهي تجذب أفواج السياح من جميع بلدان العالم، لكونها عنوان تراث و حضارة الشعوب مما يجعل الاهتمام بها ذا بعد اقتصادي، و كون السياحة في العصر الحديث من أهم الموارد الداعمة لميزانية الكثير من الدول التي تحظى بموروث حضاري، و أحد أهم مصادر الدخل القومي. و لهذا انتبهت الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة إلى أهمية النشاط السياحي في التطور الاقتصادي باعتباره أهم أنشطة قطاع الخدمات، و ذلك بإدراج البعد البيئي ضمن سياستها التنموية كقاعدة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. |
| Description: | Cultural properties are now increasingly important and valuable, attracting tourists from all countries of the world, since it is the label of the heritage and civilization of peoples, which makes it economically important to take care of it. Therefore tourism in modern times is one of the most important resources supporting the budget of many countries that enjoy cultural heritage, and one of the most important sources of national income. This is why Algeria has recently noted the importance of tourism activity in economic development as the most important activity in the service sector, including the environmental dimension in its development policy as a fundamental basis for achieving sustainable development. |
