| Abstract: | عرفت الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2005 الى سنة 2014 فترة وفرة مالية قابلها النظام السياسي الجزائري ببرنامجين تنمويين رصدت لهما مبالغ مالية ضخمة. وتهدف الدراسة الى اظهار ماهية وأهمية السياسة العامة الاقتصادية خاصة خلال مراحل الوفرة المالية اذ تعتبر السياسة العامة الاقتصادية خلال مرحلة الوفرة المالية بالغة الاهمية باعتبارها تحدد مصير الدولة في المراحل والازمنة التي تليها. وتبين من خلال الدراسة ان الجزائر بالرغم من بعض النتائج الإيجابية المحققة بفضل سياستها الاقتصادية خلال مرحلة الوفرة المالية الا انها اضاعت فرصة تطوير القطاعات الاستراتيجية وفرصة خلق اقتصاد مستقل عن قطاع المحروقات. |
| Description: | Enter During the period from 2005 to 2014, Algeria experienced a period of financial abundance, which the Algerian political system met with two development programs for which huge sums of money were allocated. The study aims to show the nature and importance of the economic public policy, especially during the stages of financial abundance. It was found through the study that Algeria, despite some positive results achieved thanks to its economic policy during the financial abundance phase, but it missed the opportunity to develop strategic sectors and the opportunity to create an economy independent of the hydrocarbon sector |
