| Abstract: | يهدف المقال إلى إبراز دور المنظمات الدولية كهيئة الأمم المتحدة بمختلف أجهزتها ووكالاتها المتخصصة في ترسيخ مبادئ حقوق الإنسان ، وكذا التركيز على دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في ممارسة الضغط المستمر على منتهكي حقوق الإنسان ، خاصة بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 ، وما صاحبها من تشريعات مكافحة الإرهاب ، والتي أوضحت تجاوزات كبيرة على حقوق الإنسان ، لصالح الأمن الوطني لمختلف الدول ، فهناك فارق كبير بين ما تدعو له الدول الحديثة من مدنية فيما يتعلق باحترام حقوق الإنسان ، وبين الاحترام الفعلي لهذه الحقوق ، هذا ما استلزم تضافر جهود الأمم المتحدة و المنظمات غير الحكومية الناشطة في مجال حقوق الإنسان من منطق مقاربة تشاركية لحوكمة القضايا العالمية ذات الصبغة الإنسانية |
