| Abstract: | إن الاتفاق على التفاوض يقتضي توافر بعض المقومات التي تؤدي إلى النجاح في العملية التفاوضية، إذ أن هذه المقومات منها ما يتعلق بموضوع التفاوض و منها ما يتعلق بأشخاص التفاوض، فالأولى تنحصر أساسا باختيار محل العقد و جس نبض المتفاوض الأخر و الاستعداد للدخول في المفاوضات، بينما المقومات المتعلقة بأشخاص التفاوض فهي تنحصر أساسا بالتمتع بالمهارات أو الصفات الحسنة و الابتعاد عن كل ما يحول دون النجاح في المفاوضات . |
| Description: | The success of negotiations in international trade contracts requires the availability of some conditions and constituents. Among these conditions are those related to the subject of negotiation, such as choosing the place of the contract and being seriously prepared to enter into negotiations, and there are conditions related to the negotiation persons, which are mainly represented in the skillful ability of the negotiating parties. |
