| Abstract: | يكتب إن التطور التكنولوجي الحاصل أسس لعالم افتراضي وهمي يتفاعل فيه أشخاص المجتمع الدولي في مختلف مجالات الحياة، فأصبح حق الشخص في الخصوصية الذي حظي باهتمام واسع وكبير من الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية تطبيقا لمبدأ وجوب احترام حقوق الإنسان، عرضة للانتهاك من قبل محترفي التعامل مع شبكات الانترنت، ذوي المهارات العالية في ارتكاب الجريمة بعيدا عن الرقابة الأمنية مع إمكانية إتلاف الدليل، لذلك حاول المشرع جاهدا في مختلف التشريعات توفير غطاء قانوني بالرغم من عدم كفايته، لحماية الحق في الخصوصية. |
| Description: | ccordingly, we will address the concept of the right to privacy in the first topic, and the concept of crimes against the right to privacy in the second topic, international and regional efforts to protect the right to privacy - Algeria as an example - in the third topic. The technological development that is taking place is the basis for a virtual and fictitious world in which the people of the international community interact in various areas of life, so the person's right to privacy, which has received wide and large attention from international bodies and organizations in implémentation of the principle of the obligation to respect human rights, is vulnerable to violation by professionals dealing with the Internet, with High skills in committing the crime away from security control with the possibility of destroying the evidence, so the legislator has tried hard in various legislations to provide legal cover, despite its insufficiency, to protect the right to privacy. |
