| Résumé: | لقد عمدت الجزائر منذ حقبة من الزمن إلى انتهاج مخطط اقتصادي تهدف من خلاله إلى إصلاح البُنى التحتية من أجل إرساء أسس إقتصادية واجتماعية وسياسية حديثة . حيث حاولت الجزائر الإستثمار في عائدات المحروقات ، غير أنّ تدني أسعار هذه الأخيرة مع نهاية سنة 2014 جعل الحكومة تبحث عن الحلول البديلة لمواجهة العجز المالي ، فعمدت إلى تقليص فاتورة الإستيراد عن طريق اعتماد آلية الرخصة ، التي كشف إعمالها عن هشاشة المنظومة الإقتصادية وثغرات في المجال التشريعي . ولكن بالرغم من ذلك يبقى التحدي قائما . |
| Description: | From a period of time Algeria has relied onthe adoption of an economic planning whichisbased on the reformation of the basic structures for the establishment of new institutions in differentfields :economic, social, andpolitical.Algeriahas tried to investigate in hydrocarbon revenus, but unfortunately and withthe decreasing of the prices of hydrocarbonstartingby the end of 2014, has pushed the Algerian government to think about other substitute solutions in order to face the financialdeficiency, and started to reduce the importation bill through the licenseprocedure.
