| Abstract: | طبقا لاحكام الاتفاقية الخاصة بمكافحة التمييز في مجال التعليم المعتمدة من طرف المؤتمر العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلوم والثقافة في دورته 11 سنة 1960 والمصادق عليها من طرف الجزائر، تتعهد الدول الأعضاء بأن تتيح للأجانب المقيمين في أراضيها ومهما كانت وضعية إقامتهم نفس فرص الالتحاق بالتعليم التي تتيحها لمواطنيها، وبنفس النوعية وفي ظل نفس الظروف دون تمييز أو استبعاد أو قصر أو تفضيل علي أساس العنصر أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين، أو الرأي سياسيا وغير سياسي، أو الأصل الوطني أو الاجتماعي، أو الحالة الاقتصادية أو المولد، أو غيرها من الأسباب التي ينشأ عنها إلغاء المساواة في المعاملة في مجال التعليم أو الإخلال بها. |
| Description: | In accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination in Education adopted by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization at its 11 th session in 1960 and ratified by Algeria, Member States undertake to make available to foreigners residing in their territories, whatever their status of residence, Without discrimination, exclusion, limitation or preference on the basis of race, color, sex, language or religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, economic status, birth or other grounds which give rise to the abolition of equal treatment in education or breach of equal treatment in the field of education. |
