Abstract:	أكدت العديد من الدراسات القانونية والاقتصادية بأن المناولة الصناعية في الجزائر لازالت في بداية الطريق، وتشهد تأخراً ملفتاً واهتماما ضعيفاً بالرغم من اهميتها وضرورتها في تسيير الحياة الاقتصادية في البلاد. ولعل من السبل الممكنة لترقية هذه المناولة توفير مقاربة متميزة من التشريعات والاليات والأدوات الممكنة لترقيتها، عن طريق الاقتداء بتجارب الدول الصناعية الكبرى التي سبقت الجزائر في تفعيل المناولة الصناعية إن لم نقل هي التي كانت السبب في وصول هذه الدول الى مصاف الدول الكبرى
Description:	Many legal and economic studies have confirmed that industrial handling (subcontracting) in Algeria is still at the beginning of the road, and it is witnessing a slow delay and low interest, despite its importance and necessity in the conduct of economic life in the country. One of the possible means to upgrade this deal is to provide a distinct approach to the legislation, mechanisms and possible tools for upgrading it, by following the experiences of the major industrial countries that preceded Algeria in activating industrial handling, if not the reason that these countries reached the ranks of the major countries.
