| Résumé: | أصبح القطاع السياحي في الوقت الحالي القطاع الذي تراهن عليه أغلبية دول العالم في تحقيق التنمية والتوازن الاقتصادي، ويكون السبيل إلى ذلك عن طريق رسم سياسة رشيدة على المدى القريب أو البعيد من طرف الحكومات. وبما أنه أصبح من باب اليقين أن السياحة هي الباب المفتوح أمام تقدم الدول فهي المجال المتجدد والأكثر حيوية، حيث تعرف السياحة اليوم بأنها بترول القرن الواحد والعشرون أو الصناعة المتكاملة. الجزائر واحدة من الدول التي تهتم بهذا القطاع خاصة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الراهنة للبحث عن بديل لقطاع المحروقات، على اعتبار أن الجزائر تتوفر على المقومات السياحية التي تضمن لها صناعة سياحية تجعل منها قطبا سياحيا وطنيا ودوليا مستقبلا، فالتسيير الرشيد لهذه الإمكانيات هو الآلية الكفيلة لضمان تطوير القطاع السياحي و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة خارج قطاع المحروقات. |
| Description: | The tourism sector is now the sector in which the majority of countries in the world rely on economic development and balance, and the way to achieve this is to formulate a rational policy in the short or long term by governments. As tourism is certainly open to the progress of nations, it is the most dynamic and renewable space where tourism is defined as 21st century oil or integrated industry. Algeria is one of the countries interested in this sector, especially in view of current economic conditions, to find alternatives to the hydrocarbon sector, knowing that Algeria has tourism components that guarantee a tourism industry that will make national and international tourist destination. Tourism sector and sustainable development outside the hydrocarbon sector. |
