Résumé:	إن تطور الجريمة و استعمال التكنولوجيا في ارتكابها والتي أصطلح عليها بالجرائم المعلوماتية أو الافتراضية أو الالكترونية، واتساع رقعتها إلى العالمية أصبح سبب كافيا يستدعى التعاون الدولي سواء عمليا أو تشريعيا في مكافحة هته الجرائم والحد منها. وعلى الصعيد الداخلي نجد الدول قد عدلت من تشريعاتها حيث جرمت هته الأفعال التي لها نفس الأثر للجرائم التقليدية إن لم يكن أكثر حيث أصبحت تهدد كيان الدولة، من أجل ذلك كان لزاما على أجهزة الأمن تطوير كوادرها ووسائلها و الاستعانة بهياكل خاصة من أجل الكشف عن هته الجرائم وذلك بالكشف عن أدلتها والتي هي دلائل إلكترونية رقمية ستوجب الدراسة من حيث مدلولها وحجيتها وعناية التشريعات بها وهي الآثار التي يتركها المجرم في هذا النوع من الجرائم، وقبل التعرف على الادلة وجب علينا التعريج عن الجرائم التي تنتج هته الأدلة معرفة مفهومها وأنواعها كونها أساس للدليل الرقمي.
Description:	The development of crime and the use of technology in committing it, which have been termed cyber crimes, virtual or electronic, and the spread of their spread to the world has become a sufficient reason to call for international cooperation, both practical and legislative in the fight against crimes and reduce them. At the domestic level, States have amended their legislation, where they have been criminalized by acts that have the same effect as conventional crimes, if not more, where they threaten the State's existence. For this purpose, the security services have been required to develop their cadres and means and to use special structures to detect crimes By revealing the evidence and which are digital electronic evidence will require study in terms of meaning and Hagjia and the care of legislation which are the effects left by the criminal in this type of crime, and before the identification of evidence we must elaborate on the crimes produced by the evidence to know the concept and types as the basis of evidence For my character.
