| Abstract: | تعتبر مقاربة الأمن التعاوني التي تبناها حلف شمال الأطلسي في الشرق الأوسط من أهم المقاربات التي تمّ تسليط الضوء عليها من خلال المفهوم الاستراتيجي الجديد لعام 2010، وكأحد القضايا التي ركز عليها الحلف من خلال هذا المفهوم، ولكن كظاهرة فإنّ هذه المقاربة قد تمّ تطبيقها من طرف الحلف في العديد من المبادرات والشراكات التي توجه بها نحو المنطقة، لذلك فواقع الأمن التعاوني لحلف شمال الأطلسي في الشرق الأوسط شهد نوع من الاختلالات النسبية مماّ يطرح التساؤلات حول آفاق تحقيق الأمن من خلال التعاون والشراكة في المنطقة |
| Description: | Cooperative security approach is one of the most important approach that NATO has highlighted in the new strategic concept of 2010, as core task that the alliance had focused, but as a phenomenon, the approach was applied through a set of initiatives and partnerships that were directed to the Middle East, in fact , NATO cooperative security in the region has known relative failure, hence , a pack of questions were posed about the prospects of achieving security through cooperation and partnership in the Middle East. |
