dc.description	The Algerian State seeks to create an environment conducive to investment by seeking mechanisms and models that can be distinguished and adopt what helps it to bring foreign capital and raise the level of foreign productive investment. The tourism sector is one of the sectors that stimulate to attract the foreign investor in general, it gives additional opportunities to welcome foreigners for business and economy in Algeria, and therefore the legislator worked to support the legal arsenal and to adjust them in line with the legal requirements to support investment in the field of tourism activity, which manifested itself through the amendment The provisions on overall investment in the 2016 Constitution and Law 16_09 on the promotion of investments by increasing guarantees that allow investment in a general way and tourism investment in particular.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تسعى الدولة الجزائرية إلى تهيئة بيئة مواتية للاستثمار عن طريق البحث عن آليات ونماذج يمكن التمييز بينها وتبني ما يساعدها على جلب رأس المال الأجنبي ورفع مستوى الاستثمار المنتج الأجنبي، ويعتبر قطاع السياحة احدى القطاعات التي تحفز على جذب المستثمر الأجنبي بشكل عام، فهو يوفر فرصا إضافية للترحيب بالأجانب للعمل والاقتصاد في الجزائر، وبالتالي عمل المشرع على دعم الترسانة القانونية وتعديلها بما يتماشى مع المتطلبات القانونية لدعم الاستثمار في مجال النشاط السياحي والتي تتجلى من خلال التعديلات المدرجة على الأحكام المتعلقة بالاستثمار ، في دستور 2016 والقانون رقم 16_09 بشأن تعزيز الاستثمارات عن طريق زيادة الضمانات التي تسمح بالاستثمار عموما والاستثمار السياحي على وجه الخصوص	en_US
