| Abstract: | نظرا لأهمية المنافسة في اقتصاد السوق بحثت أغلب التشريعات عن آليات حقيقية تسهر على حماية النظام العام التنافسي من خلال القضاء على مخالفات قانون المنافسة المتمثلة في الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة، والتجميعات الاقتصادية غير المرخص بها، هذا القانون الذي شرع أصلا حماية للمنافسة النزيهة والشريفة، وتثمينا للمبادرة الفردية الخاصة، إلى أن توصلت لمجلس المنافسة كسلطة ضبط مستقلة تم منحها صلاحيات واسعة لاسيما فيما يتعلق بمجال إحلال سبل الضبط، وكسلطة قمعية تحقيقا للردع الجنائي في المجال الاقتصادي |
| Description: | In view of the importance of competition in the market economy, most legislations have examined real mechanisms that protect the competitive public system through the elimination of competition law violations of competition-restrictive practices and unlicensed economic collections. This law, which was originally designed to protect fair and honest competition, Until it came to the Competition Council as an independent control authority, which was granted wide powers, particularly in terms of the means of control, and as a repressive authority to achieve criminal deterrence in the economic field. |
