| Abstract: | تعززت مكانة رئيس المجلس الدستوري من خلال التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 وخاصة في مجال الاستشارة الدستورية في الحالات العادية والاستثنائية بما يحفظ له تميزه على باقي الأعضاء بوصفه الشخصية الثالثة في الدولة، كما أن الشروط والضمانات التي أوردها المؤسس الدستوري كفيلة بتحقيق الاستقلالية والحياد لممارسة هذا الأخير لمهامه في مجال الرقابة الدستورية على القوانين. |
