| Abstract: | يسعى المستثمر الأجنبي في إطار عقوده الاستثمارية للإحاطة بكافة الضمانات التي تحميه من الممارسات التي قد يتعرض لها من قبل الدولة المستضيفة لاستثماراته ، و في سبيل ذلك تحرص الدول على تضمين قوانينها للإستثمار بقواعد قانونية تكفل حماية مصالح المستثمرين و الدولة على حد سواء استجابة لاعتبارات الإستقرار التي تتطلبها الروابط العقدية الدولية |
| Description: | The foreign investor seeks in the framework of his investment contracts to be aware of all the guarantees that protect him from the practices that may be exposed by the host country for his investments.
