Abstract:	D’après les analyses et les prévisions de la gestion de production de ces dernières années en POVAL l’entreprise algérienne, on a constaté que la production devient de plus en plus saturée. Afin de ne pas confronté aux problèmes posées par la production industrielle,POVAL a mis en place tout les moyens nécessaires pour améliorer la gestion de la production :décision, organisation, planification, piloter et contrôler le system de production et a adopté des nouveaux concepts recommandé par GPAO
Description:	Based on analyzes and forecasts of the management of production in recent years in POVAL the Algerian company, it was found that the production becomes increasingly saturated. In order not to face the problems posed by industrial production, POVAL has implemented all the necessary means to improve production management: decision, organization, planning, control and monitor the system of production and introduced new concepts recommended by GPAO.
