| Abstract: | Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme régulière à usage d’habitation constitué d’un rez de chaussée + 9étage s, implanté dans la wilaya de Boumerdes. Cette étude se compose de quatre parties. - La première partie c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment, Ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. - La deuxième partie a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier, poutrelles, dalles pleines et l’acrotère)- L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par ETABS afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d’exploitation et charges sismique). - La dernière partie comprend le ferraillage des différentes éléments résistants de la structure (fondations , poteaux, poutres et voiles ). Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91, modifiée99 et d es règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. |
| Description: | This Project présents a detailed study of an regularly shaped building multi-use consists of a ground floor + 9étage implanted in the state of Boumerdes . This study consists of four parts. - The first part is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspects of building elements , then the prédimonsionement of the structure and finally the descent of the load . - The second part was devoted to secondary nutrients (the stair , columns, beams and parapet wall) . , - The dynamic study of the structure was begun in the third part determined by ETABS to various stresses due to loads (permanent loads , operational and seismic loading).The last part includes the reinforcement of the various resistance elements of the structure (foundation, columns, beams). Taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91, modify 99 , Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003 . |
