| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم قراءة حول دور المرأة ومكانتها في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط ما بين (ق7-9هـ/13-15م)، حيث تسعى إلى الكشف عن وضعيتها في مختلف الحالات التي وردت فيها كفاعلة في الأحداث أو كطرف مفعول به، وذلك بالاعتماد على كتاب المعيار للونشريسي كمادة مصدرية لما له من أهمية في فقه النوازل، ومن ثمّ الوقوف على جهود الفقهاء ومدى سعيهم في معالجة قضية المرأة والجوانب المتعلقة بمكانتها خاصة في علاقاتها الأسرية وما يعتريها من توتر بسبب العادات أو العرف السائد في المجتمع. فبدا لنا واضحا من خلال "المعيار" أنّه رغم تعرض المرأة لبعض المعاملات السيئة سواء مع أهلها كالتمييز بينها وبين الرجل في بعض الأحيان، أو في علاقتها الزوجية أو كالإهانة والضرب، إلاّ أنّها تمتعت في المقابل بوضع حقوقي متميز بمجتمع المغرب الأوسط، كما كان لها حضور قوي في الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي سواء من حيث إسهامها في تنمية المجتمع وتطويره، أو من حيث محاولتها إثبات ذاتها وفرض وجودها وإقرار اختياراتها. | en_US |
