| Résumé: | شهد القرن الواحد العشرين تحديات كبيرة منها الثورة التكنولوجيا الكبيرة وتوجه اقتصاديات الدول نحو التجارة الالكترونية حيث تلعب الانترنت دورا رئيسا فيها، حيث تدور جميع العمليات التجارية من مفاوضات وصفقات وبيع وشراء وتسويق وتبادل الاموال فيها. وهذا ما جعل التجارة الالكترونية تنمو وتصل إلى ماهي عليه الان ، نظرا لتقديمها العديد من الامتيازات ، لكن هناك العديد من المشاكل والعوائق تقف أمام التجارة الالكترونية، خاصة ما تعلق بالمسائل التجارية وحماية المستهلك ،إضافة إلى اختلاف الانظمة القانونية والتشريعات سواء التجارية أو المالية والضريبة التي تطرح مشكلة عدم التوافق على المستوى المحلي والعالمي. |
| Description: | The 21st century witnessed major challenges, including the great technology revolution and the orientation of the economies of countries towards e-commerce in which the Internet plays a major role. As all of the business processes revolve around negotiations, deals, sale, purchase, marketing and exchange of money, e-commerce has grown and reached what it is noticed now because it offers many privileges. However, there are many problems and obstacles stand in the way of e-commerce, especially the ones related to trade issues and consumer protection, in addition to the different legal regulations, commercial or financial legislations and tax that pose the problem of incompatibility at the local and global level.
